ibea, the engineering office for electronics and automation, was founded in 1991 with the aim of developing, manufacturing and integrating industrial image processing systems.
Due to the initial specialization in the production testing of sheet metal products, extensive experience was gained in the area of lighting highly reflective surfaces and software development in the following years. This special knowledge enables ibea to manufacture its own assemblies that meet the most difficult requirements for image acquisition and processing.
Today, thanks to our many years of know-how in the integration of our systems into a wide variety of manufacturing processes, we have become a specialist and full-range supplier. 90% of all systems have been developed by ibea and the respective needs of the customer have been modified and implemented.
For robotics solutions, we sometimes rely on qualified suppliers, but we act as main supplier.
